This hotel/casino had the friendliest staff that I have ever met. From top to bottom everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

very friendly staff comfortable hotel little expensive for a casino hotel greyhound track was the best feature.the casino itself was nice enough but the payouts were the worst of any casino I have been at.By the way the free breakfast was great.
the only thing I did not like as I have been to many casinos around the country was the payoffs at the casino they were terrible.I had heard that they were bad but I wanted to see for myself.If I return there again I would only go for the greyhound track not the casino.

We enjoyed the convenience to parking and to the casino.elevatos to rooms at central location. Comfortable rooms. Also enjoyed the breakfast.
The only complaint was the noise level at 2 or 3am when people were returning to their rooms.there seemed to be no thought of others which is not your fault but maybe a sign on elevators reminding people to observe quiet hours after 12 am. Even a reminder by the staff when checking in to respect quiet hours when you are returning to your rooms.

Sarah at the front desk went above and beyond her call of duty, she deserved to be recognized as the associate for the month of June. Anna at the French Quarter made sure we had a good experience, the last time we were there the service and the food were terrible.
