The staff was VERY helpful. Every part of the facility was spotless.
Their 'no smoking' policy, pretty much anywhere except outside in the cold rainy weather, in a casino??? I will probably chose another hotel next time soley for that reason.

Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was perfect. The breakfast the next morning was good. It was great that the casino was right there at the hotel.
Yes, the walls are so thin that you can hear the people who are walking down the hallway laughing and carrying on outside the room. The hotel needs to put signs throughout the hallway letting people know to keep their voices down.

The fact that the hotel and room were very clean and comfortable.
The lack of a coffee shop type of restaurant.
The hotel only had a high end (expensive) restaurant or 2 or 3 sandwich shops.
