As always we enjoyed the quality of the room, the location, the excellent staff and the helpfulness when needed. We cannot fault those parts of it.

Room and quality of hotel excellent - ideally situated for Eurotunnel.
Facilities for evening meal very limited - need to go to CitiEurope to get other than a snack.

The peace and quite thoughout my stay
Yes I think there should be more options regarding breakfast ie like a cooked breakfast plus more options for the childrens breakfast .

Nice looking hotel and design of room is great
Toilet in our room smelt terrible - not good. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast menu was very strange and not appealing
