Location convenience. Large room and decor. Excellent staff interaction.
Breakfast was mediocre and cold. Eating area crowded.
Also, pillows were not excellent.

Had to cancel one night because of weather and the staff made it very easy.
The hotel's aesthetic was a little "too" outdoorsy (e.g. eagle made out of antlers).

The comfort and cleanliness. We just didn’t get to spend enough time there to enjoy all your amenities.

The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. I loved the look and feel of the hotel. Big fireplace and fresh coffee as you enter. We came for Mizzou graduation, as you can imagine..all restaurants had hours of waits. The Bar in our hotel was awesome...they cooked for us the Shakespeare pizzas (fond memories of way back college days) and well priced drinks. Our family made the best of things as our big group gathered in celebrations. The morning buffett is very nice, too. We thank you!
