From arrival to check-out all staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant
Sadly the toner in the Business Centre had run out which posed a problem with printing our boarding cards

Convenience of restaurant in hotel
Water pressure in shower extremely poor. Decorative upholstered cushions in hotel room were filthy!

Right downtown- close to everything- and the only hotel in chilliwack i will stay at- it is the best maintained- and allows pets
We did have an issue with an overflowing toilet- but the staff had us in another room within 5 minutes- very quick response-

Clean spacious room no noise.
The dining room. food was borderline and certainly over priced for the quality. (we had diner at the hotel and were so "unimpressed" went to the White Spot for breakfast). not great.
