Main reason for choosing Oxford Suites Chico: 地点
The room was clean! the two front desk staff who checked us in were excellent, so helpful and upbeat. They even called for a taxi.
One thing I would like to suggest is the noise level could be lessened with lighter doors and heavy carpeting. the morning rush hour was loud and disturbing.
We did enjoy the breakfast!

Pet friendly hotel...they went out of their way to accomodate guarantees that the booking agency made but that were not available at the time of arrival.

The location was were we needed it. Other than that, bathroom floor looked dirty and the toilet seat handle fell off. (They gave us a handicapped room that we didn't need. They said it was a better room.) Not sure that I agree. No counter in the bathroom, sink is inside the room. Not handy if you are not handicapped. Had a creepy feel. I don't think the cleanliness is up to par. The "Full" breakfast was an option of scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. It was cold. I'm not impressed. The coffee, however, was great. Very hot and a great brew.
