The room was large with comfortable chairs,beds & good lighting.
The bathroom was clean & bright.And of course it is in a central location, and very walk-able to many venues, the Lake, & points of interest
The spring closure on the bathroom door.

We loved that the Palmer House was so close to the Big Ten Fan Festival 10K at Grant Park, and also close to restaurants, CTA Blue LIne and Catholic church
Wish they had had individual coffee pots in our room--I would even pay extra for that "perk" if offered...I have to drink "low acid" coffee due to colitis

Gorgeous, clean, comfortable
No reasonable food with drinks in lobby bar available? Only thing offered was an afternoon tea at cost of $50 per person---how about some snacks/appetizers at a more reasonable cost to go along with the drinks?

We liked everything,especially the Hott Lunch and Hotel Tour. Ken gave a great historical presentation of the Potty Palmer family along with the growth of Chicago.

Beautiful. Location great.
Hotel was great. The panhandlers who were in my face once I stepped on the street were very annoying and made me feel uncomfortable.
