I loved how nice and helpful the staff was at every turn. They went the extra mile to accommodate us with extra clean towels and excellent suggestions on good eating places. This was our second stay at the Blackhawk Hotel and we plan to stay there whenever we are in town. I have loved the decor and the beautiful rugs. It's a great place to stay!

It was a nice clean room with a king bed. The only thing wrong was the tv remote needed new batteries.

It was super cute. We really enjoyed ourselves. The Staff was very pleasant. The room was really clean. I laughed when the train went through as we watched My Cousin Vinny. This is a great place to stay. You can walk to dinner. We felt very safe in the area. We stayed in the Contemporary section and it couldn't have been a nicer place.

Everyone was so cheerful and friendly. Loved the room, lobby and resturant that is connected to the hotel. The location is the best!!
