The Hotel Staff were very nice and polite and open to questions. I know that does not sound like a huge thing, but it is. Often my experience at other hotels has staff that are to busy to be friendly and polite.

We were visiting family and had no idea where to stay. The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Cedar Falls was a pleasant experience. I especially appreciated the Christmas Tree in the livingroom area since we were away from our own home.
