Very convienent to Eppley Airport.
Not all sidewalks were properly cleared of the recent snow. Not only an inconvience but a hazard.

Friendly staff, great location, mostly quiet (but see below), good WiFi, clean room & bathroom.
My room was near or over some large piece of machinery which made a considerable amount of sound when it came on. Heating system fan or ?? Not enough to keep me from sleeping but I wished it was not so close to the room -- this is more about the design of the place than anything else. Also, it would have helped if the place had had an elevator.

The hotel was fine. At 3:00 a.m. however, the battery ibn teh smoke detector failed and we listened to beeps every twenty seconds or so.
Management was apologetic and has given us a voucher.
