Lovely hotel with relaxing swim and excellent facilities. Shame the hotel staff prioritised phone calls over a guest in person, also the staff serving breakfast took ten minutes to seat me - but maybe this was just a one off - it was still an exceptional experience.

The room was a good size as was the bathroom(with a bath) and 2 shower options.
Restaurant was nicely decorated and the breakfast selection excellent. Scrambled eggs could have been hotter.

Helpful staff form reception to restaurant. Would stay again.
Fire alarm went three in the morning only two staff on did not seem to know what they were doing.If we stayed again would not have a room in the front too noisy,but it was fresher week so it might be quieter other times.

Toilets in rooms needed bleaching, as they were very stained. cupboards need checking as dirty empty yoghurt pots were left in ours. also not enough milk or drinking water available in our room.
