That it was in the terminal and we didn’t have to go outside in the snow. Our only regret was that due to flight delays we were only in our room for a few hours

A wonderful hotel room- modern and lovely.
I booked a hotel room for my son and family to stay on their way on vacation. Because it was third party paying for it, I had to print off an authorization and fax to you. Not everyone has a fax or a printer at home and I had to make a trip to a store with a fax. I have not had to do this when booking at other hotels.
