We arrived early and the staff kindly had a room ready. We took our rental car back to the airport and were picked up by the shuttle. Excellent service.

The Acclaim is located perfectly on the outskirts of town making it a great hotel for easy access when travelling outside of Calgary. The hot tubs are wonderful as they are located on the roof top allowing yiu to have a great view. Noise levels were better than I have experienced in other hotels.
The cleaning staff did not do much other than new towels , they did not replace our towels or take out our garbage that was completely full. But that was pretty minor. Otherwise I am satisfied with my experience.
