Proximity to my daily destination and Metrotown shopping and cinema, HOT breakfast, daily paper,
25% of the bill was fees and taxes?! That alone will make me look around next time.

Location, complimentary hot breakfast
The smoke detector was too sensitive. It went off because of steam coming out of the bathroom. The renovation was a huge inconvenience.

Convenience to Skytrain, Location
Our first day there, room smelled of mildew. Staff came in used deodorizer, but after returning from the park, it smelled again. We found the carpet to the bathroom damp, so there was a leak somewhere. After 1 night, we finally moved to another room, and did not received any comps. All of our socks were damp. The staff tried their best, but all rooms were booked on our first day.

The staff exceeded our expectations...they made our party feel very welcome in the hotel and in the country. They also accommodated a special request to meet the breakfast needs of our racing team. The hotel was close (directly across the street) to all sources of public transportation as well as a large mall with many choices of eateries.

Hlepful staff
No mattress cover on the rollaway...poorly fitting sheet slipped all over exposing me to the plastic mattress...not sanitary!..when reported a fix was done right away with a quilt being used as a pad. Good people..poor policy...also my "key" failed to work numerous times...think i had 6 in 6 days.

Nothing stellar
Elevator slow .....extremely slow...anytime spent out of the room was spent
The worst sheet and bedding condition ever! The sheets were so old and pilled it was like trying to sleep on a bed of cracker crumbs. The bedding should have been sent to the rag-bag years ago!
