The staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful and pleasant. The hotel was gorgeous, right when you walk in looked like a 5 star hotel right off the bat, decorated impeccably simply and beautifully, smelled lovely and the AC was also a huge plus. My room was so perfect and comfortable, I slept like a baby. Really wish I had gotten the time to take a bath in the pretty bathtub
The food we ordered from room service was pretty good!! Just not fantastic enough for the insane price :( other than that loved everything else about my stay!

It is right across the street from the Burbank airport and the hotel runs a shuttle to pick you up when you fly in and take you back when you go home. Too bad the airport doesn't have a shuttle to take you from Baggage Claim to the car rental place.
