We were in Bozeman for my father's burial service. When the staff learned this shortly after we were in our room there was a knock on the door and one of the housing staff was there with a beautiful flower arrangement for us from the staff with condolences to our family. This was one of the kindest acts that could have been done and they all should be commended for their compassion in addition to their wonderful service.

It is always pleasant to stay there. The rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful
Was disappointed that there was no airport transportation. It was provided before. Also, feel the meal in the morning was not very good quality wise. Would rather have something taken off the rooms and if people wanted to have it let them pay.

Trash under sink with garbage in it was not emptied; cupboard panel in kitchen came unglued and fell off in the middle of the night, not repaired during the rest of the stay (4 days); no extra roll of toilet paper;
