The staff was responsive to my needs
The maid took the soap and cup I used the first night and did not leave a replacement so the second night I kept the used soap in my suitcase and asked the desk clerk for a new cup.

Clean and nice looking room.
Not 100% safe feeling, got there late, parked in side parking lot with lots of light. The door was locked but no one was around and I felt scared.

I really liked the hotel, it was really nice. Staff was great.
They said they provide breakfast and they didn't. Or at least I couldn't find it. I could smell something but it smelled old. I went down two different mornings and there was nothing. When I asked about it they just kind of shrugged and said it must be gone already but didn't tell me where they served it. And I went down early one morning and later the other morning so it didn't matter what time.

Breakfast was good with good choices. Room was clean.
We stayed 2 nights our key did not work the 2nd day that was frustrating.

The room itself was clean however the remainder of the hotel was not impressive or even in very good shape.
The bed was very uncomfortable

I liked the helpful staff during the breakfast.
The hotel had an eerie feel to it. Very dark and musty. I know that's due to age and is difficult to keep up with constant renovations but fresh air and a face lift would really help me want to return.
