Clean room with good hot water and great channel selection. Not far from downtown or the river greenbelt trail. Comfortable bed.
Even though it looks like an older hotel, the updates to the rooms are nice.

The rooms are very clean, with a nice pool and hot tub area. went down to the bar they close by 1. They gave us a ride downtown in the evening for us to go to a comedy club/dinner.
I thought this was closer to downtown. It is now within walking area and is next to "gentlemen" clubs.

Room was clean. Bed was very soft which was not what we were used to.
Shower didn't have a control to change from tub to shower. It just came out of the shower head.

We have 2 small dogs so the room we always have is perfect to take them right outside to the dog area. The hotel is also near the entrance to the freeway so we can get around very easily to see family and friends. We also had a great housekeeper who made it feel like we were on a cruise ship with some special amenities.
Nothing at all.

Your staff was very polite and your shuttle drivers very accommodating .
We were disappointed when we returned to our room Saturday afternoon around 3:30 to find our room had not been cleaned. Before leaving the Hotel Saturday morning we stopped at the front desk to make sure our room would be cleaned. We also forgot three of our personal pillows in our room when we checked out , we did not receive a phone call or any type of contact from your staff about our pillows.
