Besutiful architecture and antiques. Pleasant atmosphere friendly staff. Always enjoy our stay at this hotel. For the most part clesn anf well kept.
Fitness room needs some updating, equipment was a bit worn out.

Convienent for conference and restaurant within hotel is nice.
Pillows and towels needed replacing. Additionally, the hotel is showing its age and was extremely humid.

Nice room, quiet. the restaurant was nice
There was no place to get morning coffee. Except the room coffee which wasnt that good a coofee spot on each floor would be nice

It was an enjoyable experience.
We planned on staying 2 nights. Unfortunately, because of bad weather we could only stay one night. It wasn't explained how we would be credited back, only that we would.
