This is the second time we stayed at this same hotel, unfortunately there was a very loud group of people on the 4th floor. Around 2:30 AM we could hear staff threating to call the cops. It did ruin our night sleep. Probably won't stay there again.

Chose this hotel because of airport shuttle. Advised the hotel we were going to be late several hours ahead and called then when we arrived. However, due to the late hour there was no shuttle, we were not advised a taxi would come for us and we had to call the hotel a second time. Waited at least 45" at the airport before finally being picked up by a taxi.

When I told the breakfast lady that the milk tasted off, she quickly changed it. Softer beds than most hotels.
When I checked in, the desk clerk said there was decaf coffee with breakfast. He didn't mention that it was instant! REALLY disappointing.

Very noticeable stains on chairs and carpet.
