We are always treated so well; the courtesy and professionalism from the staff; assistance with our luggage, cleanliness of the room, everything was wonderful. And, dinner in the dining room was delicious.

Should have booked table for evening meal as Restaurant was fully booked so had to wait for a table in the bar

The staff make you very welcome, the rooms are very clean and comfortable,
Just one thing I thought the price for breakfast was very expensive.

We work away 5 days a week and can honestly say that your beds are the comfiest that we have ever slept in ( where can we purchase a matress ) the same as. Staff are always attentative and pleasant.
Your drink prices seem to have gone up and the food for snacks ie pizza the same.

Quick check in. perfect location.
One female on reception not quite so helpful. When we said TV wasn't working in our room she told us to watch it in the bar. Difficult as we were in night clothes in bed!!

Proximity to airport check in The room was very quiet
It would have saved us some frustration if we had been told at check in how to turn in the lights in our room.
