My husband and I had words over the fact that we were not provided with the accommodations requested at the time of booking. When I questioned hotel staff about this at the time of our arrival, we were told the hotel does not guarantee the type of room, only that a room would be available. We were put in a standard room on the corner of the hotel, which was not a problem at this point. We understood how busy the hotel was at the time. When we entered the room, we noticed how small the bathroom and dressing areas were. When questioned about this, the front desk person admitted that the bathroom did not have the jacuzzi originally promised and that the dressing area was indeed rather small in size (due to the fact that the room was on the corner of the hotel with an entrance hallway). This was a huge disappointment to my husband,especially, whose preference was Beau Rivage Resort. Then...upon checkout, I learned that my credit card had already been charged for the suite. To satisfy my husband, I respectfully requested that my credit card be credited (at least the difference between the two rooms) for the inconvenience but was told by the manager that was not possible. By this time I was in tears, feeling as though I had let down my husband, so I asked if she could possibly comp me a room for the inconvenience. She explained she could not. She did agree, however, to credit me for our breakfast in the hotel that morning.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Great food at the breakfast buffet, the H20 pool, Bubba Gumps atmossphere and friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The balcony. I was in romm 503 which overlooks every air conditioning unit that cools the casino. I was so disappointed as my husband and I were so looking forward to relaxing on our balcony and enjoying the view. I was celebrating my birthday, so it kind of put a damper on our stay. I didn't request a different room because we were only staying one night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Front desk was very rude. They kept saying that I had requested a handicapped room, which I had not I requested a room with a balcony. They then said there were no rooms with balcony available, but when I said I had my conf. number where I had asked for room with balcony a room suddenly came available. Not the way to run a hotel if wanting guest to return.

I love fishing, and the hotel is directly across the street from a new pier and just over the bridge from a park with a lot to offer when fishing or anything else one would care to do at a park.

I am aware that construction is in progress, therefore the problems that I had with the facility will be resolved soon, I'm sure.

THE SMOKE WAS AWFUL. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE GAIN. ADITIONALLY, THE REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT MENTION THE RESORT FEE. SHE SIMPLY CHARGED ME FOR THE AMOUNT FROM MY DEPOSIT.

Staff was extremely pleasant and room was great. Loved the balcony view.

The rooms are smoke free and doesnt smell like someone has used different sprays to cover up the odor. Rooms were really nice.
