Pool was great; room was clean and comfortable
The fact that we had to go through the pool to get to the front desk as we were on the back half of the hotel.

The convenience of reserving the room on line making check in quick and easy!
An elevator would be helpful especially when you have a lot of luggage!

I like the ease of parking and getting a nice soft king size bed and most of all no one in the hot tub or swimming area when we used it... was nice and quite....normally it is very noisy and lot of uncontrolled kids..
Everything was nice, except they were working and making lot of noise next door to us replacing the outside doors I guess to make it a palor...but only at times and not noisy at night..

I taught a three day class at the facility and was pleased with all aspects of your service.
Just a suggestion...Have a portable larger (4' x 6') white - dry erase board available. I taught at the Country Inns and Suites earlier this year and had to provide smaller boards for my 20 days of electrical classes for Signal Peak Energy.
