Location was excellent

My room did not get vacuumed. Needed another protein choice for breakfast.

This was just a one night stay. The room was great, the bed very comfortable, and I slept like a log.

There was just one staff person at the front desk who was often overloaded with phone calls, check-ins, and questions.

The over all experience for my family and i was great! I stayed for two nights and then decided to stay for a third because the kids and i were having such a wonderful time. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to say the least. The hotel has an outside swimming pool and hot tub, workout room, vending machines for late night snacks and some restaurants that are in walking distance from the hotel. The price for a Suite at this hotel is cheaper than any other hotel in Bellingham. this may not be the nicest hotel in Bellingham however it is just good enough to spend some time with your family over the weekend for a great price.

The room was way more than I needed. I picked this place because it bundled the trip (very early) to the airport as part of the package and this saves me a bunch of busy work. Takes a worry out of the stay. Other hotels were cheaper but I would have been on my own on the airport travel.

We have stayed here a number of times over the past years. We love bellingham and the location to shopping and restaurants is perfect.The rooms are very nice and clean.

when we fist arrived on feb.9, a young man served us. He never said hello or anything, he was not friendly, very blunt and to the point.As we entered the hallway, the showcase of big stuffed dolls was missing and we thought that the hotel had changed hands.Never before we we greeted so poorly.That night at 3am the phone rang , we answered and no one there.Again at 5 and again at 5:24 the phone rang and no one there. My husband got up at 6:30 to have a shower and found out that there was no hot water. We went to breakfast and told the desk about our issues and the reason there was no hot water was because too many people were showering at the same time- REALLY? they could not explain the phone issue. When back at our room,the other phone ran two seperate times and no one there. The water issue was fixed and the phone never rang again. we will come back to Bellingham again this spring and maybe we will stay here again.We know that stuff happens , but my husband wanted everything to be perfect as we were celebrating my Bday.
