MCM Eleganté Hotel & Conference Center Beaumont

Staff was very friendly. Price was good.

Very dated and not completely clean. I thought the large marble 10 commandments by the front door was strange.

Location was where I needed to be, there were services, the lounge was very good & complete, and I felt safe.

While the food in the dining room was good the service in the dining room was very, very slow and did not appear to be at all supervised.

I have stayed at MCM Elegante a number of times, and have always found it exceptional. I am a regional director with an international organization. "One Free World International", and have reserved a room for the President and Founder of the organization, Rev. Majed El Shafie each time his is in Beaumont. I never worry about the accommodations or the service at MCM Elegante. Thank you for your quality of service.

Beautiful Hotel with an excellent restaurant.

The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. I requested early check in and was able to do that. It helped me out a whole lot.

My microwave was not plugged in and the only way I could plug it in was to crawl under a desk or move the fridge and hold the microwave at the same time. Both were impossible for me to do. There was either mold or dust on the ceiling in the room that was very disgusting to me. The second morning I was there, an elevator floor was really disgusting with something sticky that had been spilled sometime during the night. This is the first time I have found the hotel to be dirty. However, every time I stay there, there isn't enough parking for the people spending the night because of all the events booked there. I had to park across the street at another hotel. I was very uncomfortable doing that.
