Convenience to Airport
The facility in the foyer seeling coffee, cakes etc. were charging prices more akin to London, Rome and Sydney than to the rest of Bangkok or other major cities in Thailand. I feel this taking advantage of time poor international travellers.

Skyttelbuss til flyplassen, beliggenheten og at det var rent og pent.
Tok lang tid å sjekke inn. Ikke veldig imøtekommende personalet. Tok svært lang tid å få ned bagasjen når vi sjekket ut for å nå et fly tidlig om morgenen.

I needed a hotel for an overnight stay between flights. The Novotel was perfect, very comfortable, great facilities and right at the airport.
