Friendliness of staff and their willingness to answer questions and to meet any needs and requests. Nice and tasty breakfast. Pleasant decor and set up.
Booth benches not particularly comfortable to me but probably ok for others.

Location was perfect to attend the races at Saratoga.
The noisy AC . The fan made a tremendous amount of. Noise!

The bed felt as if it was new and very comfortable. I liked the complementary breakfast, the food was fresh and a good variety.
The TV was okay but the remote was very worn out from use.

Great location and excellent breakfast.
