There was no satisfactory car parking close to hotel.
The ten minute walk in the rain uncomfortable

Proximity to transport and shops
Lack of basic utensils, cutlery and bowls required for self catering.eg can opener and sharp knife and poor response from staff when request for missing items was made eg 'we don't have can openers but you could buy one at a 2 dollar shop ( This was at 7pm when the shops were shut)

The staff were friendly and helpful
The first room was shabby and not very clean. It was also very noisy from a nearby night club. However the staff were oblging and offered to swap my room for the second night of my stay which they did and also provided a complimentary breakfast. The second room was quiet but basic but it was clean.

Reception staff were great. Excellent location
The rtooms was quite tired. Chipped tiles, not brilliantly cleaned around the edges.

Central location was ideal for transport, restaurants, theatres and shops.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
First night was very noisy about 4.00 - 5.00am, this was explained and dealt with by the manager and there was no further problem.

Hotel was mid town. Room had individual air conditioning unit in room.
Name had changed and we were not advised. Breakfast was almost inedible and no choices. No room service as advertised. No close parking as advertised. No general information as to availability; telephone numbers etc in Hotel. TV did not get all channels and Hotel information was apparently on this. Dirty room and bedding.

Close to all forms transport. Staff always pleasant and helpful.
Had a deluxe queen room but thought standard rooms stsyed in previously better quality. This time room had power point cover removed and thought general standard of room quite shabby.
