We liked the convienant shuttles to downtown and the airport . This saved us 3 cab rides . The room was large enough for 3 adults ( our 22 year old was traveling with us)We had dinner on a Friday night June 23rd in the Flying Machine
The service left a lot to be desired ( reason I could not rate all staff a 10) Our waiter disappeared and seemed focused on bar dining , various staff wandered over , we couldn't get table cleared and it was a mess
I could not taste the vodka in vodka/club soda , food just average , Will go out to eat if stay again
The shuttle drivers and front desk staff excellent!
Restaurant service was poor , cocktail not good value , food average

The location was so close to the airport and they had a shuttle that picked you up at no charge. When we wanted to rent a car, they took us back to the airport to rent the car, then picked us up again when returning the car. Loved all the animal décor. Real Alaska feel.

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The location was very convenient, and the complementary shuttle to and from the train station, airport, and downtown made the stay very relaxing and stress free.

Everyone on the staff was very nice.I liked the large lobby where we could have informal meetings.
I thought the carpet in the room was a bit dirty.
I very much missed the good restaurant you used to have at dinnertime. I loved the crab bisque and had been looking forward to it for several days. I enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast.

Close Proximity to the Airport. Friendly Staff.
The Kitchen Hours On Line were listed as open till Midnight -- we had a late arrival close to 11 PM & found the kitchen already closed.
