I like how the gentleman helped us at the counter. He let us change room from 1316 to 1309 l. He was the only who has great customer services skills.
When I asked the front desk girl in the morning Sunday morning I asked if the milk could be refilled and she gave me the I’m too busy I’ll get to it when I get to it. Also the girl who initially checked us in did not give us check out time or tell us about the breakfas. Not very customer friendly. Overall good hotel for price. Great location too.
