Excellent Staff. Efficient and professional. Rooms very nice and well appointed.
I would gladly pay an extra $5 per room night for some higher quality toilet paper.

Some of the common area carpeting looked a little dated and soiled.

My family had a great time. The staff was very helpful from the minute I arrived. I was also very pleased that you were able to accommodate my family of five in one room, which most hotels are unable to do.

The happy hour, breakfast was awesome. We also used the shuttle into town, very convenient.
Would have liked the bathroom a little bigger in our room.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The location is excellent, We enjoyed the breakfast and atrium. The room was clean.
We could not regulate the air conditioning, the bedroom was hot, humid, uncomfortable, the unit did not transport conditioned air to the bedroom despite my tinkering with it. The bed linens smelled of bleach. The furniture in the room was odd pieces in odd places, no chair in bedroom it was in the living area, dated furniture.

Proximity to the train into Washington. Courteous staff who helped when our son got hurt in the pool. Size if the room for a fantastic price!

Very convenient location, right accross from Metro and close to beautiful area and nice restaurants. Nice rooms, good for family. Extremely helpful staff.
