Main reason for choosing Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel: 地点
The attentivness of the staff was commendable. On this trip, being close to the airport was a plus. The hotel's shuttle service was efficient.
Not enough sound insulation, so there were a few times when people in the hallway or adjoining room disturbed us.

Whenever we needed to find a certain business or a place to go eat, shop and etc., the front desk people were always willing to find a map to give to us to use. They were very friendly towards us and always greeted us as we came and went from the hotel. I would return back and stay at the hotel again.

I liked the parking being free and that is why it was recommended to me by Michael, my friend. The cleanliness and safety were big factors. The aesthetic was another factor. Some of the service people were exceptional (my check out guy and the lady who served food from the bar) and all were professional.
Too tired to swim with all the kids and I could hear the folks next door each and every time they came in or out or woke up.

8 keys didn't work, lobby jammed with terrible unkempt people..coffee maker in room broken, bed nice
