The only problem I had was that we had only 1 trash can in the room which was in the bathroom.

I left a comment card--did you not get it? Everything was really great EXCEPT that the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom and left puddles on the floor. Dangerous and messy. The shower head is too high and the curtain doesn't contain the spray. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

Staff was very accommodating -- forgot my toothbrush and got one at midnight! EXCELLENT breakfsst too and very friendly lady working there. The room was HUGE and we loved that a lot.

It is located in a very convenient area. Close to many golf courses, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They offer a nice little happy hour during the week.
The only negative was it was difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the room. It was either too cold or too hot.

We liked the Thursday night reception. Very unexpected, very nice. We thought your breakfast selections were great--much more than some hotels.
Through no fault of your own--did not like the fire alarm at 7 am!!!! Apparently, there was a small fire in the kitchen.

Good location and staff
We wee on the 3rd floor. Friday night there was a party with VERY, VERY LOUD music. It kept us awake. It was NOT a very restful night. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk the next morning...pointed out the 100% satisfaction guarantee, and he only said "I will tell the manager." That facility is NOT built for parties with loud music. I've stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns. This one is NOT up to standard!

Nous tout aimé dans cet hôtel, surtout la salle de petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est très propre et confortable et le personnel était très sympathique et serviable.
