Staff very helpful in getting us into rooms as early as possible.

You could use a snack vending machine that would include a bag of popcorn

Broken light switch covers, sewer cleanout beside bed, bugs in the bath, torn piece of carpet, bathtub drain plug not attached, heavy paper stuck in door frame to plug gap.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice and water tempature was perfect. The breakfast was good.

My boys enjoyed there time in the pool with the waterslide. Customer service at front cash was awesome. She totally went out of her way to make sure everything worked out for us.

The location was ideal for what I needed, and having a Tim Hortons next door was perfect.

The light in the bathroom was tempermental. when you turned the light on the fan would come on automatically but sometimes it took about 10 minutes for the actual light to come on. I tried to make a local phone call and I pressed 9 to get a line but it would come up as a busy signal, so after 10 minutes I called the office and the first day the woman at the desk just called a cab for me but the next day I still had the same problem so I called the office again and the woman at the desk this time said that there was a problem on the computer and she pressed a button on her computer at the front desk and all of the sudden I could make phone calls.
