I reside in central Florida but was born in Puerto Rico, Caribe Hilton is my #1 choice when I go to The Island. I like the location because it in its own little corner way from Ashford Ave. where all the activity is. It's quiet and peaceful and if you want to anywhere you are close enough.
On the down side I stayed on room 1661 and some of the furniture was not in good shape. Some drawer cabinets should have been fixed or discarded.

Clean rooms, excellent service and beautiful beach.
They were unable to re-confirm my reservation established thru you, until the fourth writing. Hotel is excellent for resting. However, no activities provided for relaxation except one night music activity lasting a short time.

All staff throughout the hotel, from the doorman to the receptionist to the clerk at the hotel boutique and waiters at restaurant were incredibly friendly and accomodating. We asked for an upgrade to a Villa and were quickly placed in a beautiful villa, and at no extra cost. Would recommend this Hotel, hands down and without any hesitation. It definitely is a Class AAAA hotel.
Only thing I didn't like is that we could not stay longer.
