The staff was very helpful & kind. I rented this room for my military son & his wife to stay at after a Red Wings game. When I mentioned to the staff at the front desk that my active duty son was on leave & that he & his wife would be spending the night in the room they asked me a few questions about them. They changed their room to one that faced the lake (better view) on the concierge level (because I am a Marriott gold rewards member). Later that night the staff sent a dessert plate to their room for them to enjoy after the game with a sweet note. It totally touched my heart. <3
My experience was completely positive. I have nothing negative to stay.
