Arrived early but was allowed to book into room which was a bonus.
Staff all helpful and friendly .

Very good car park was free.
Breakfast was very basic, we would have liked fried eggs, bacon was good.

It was only a short walk to the city centre. Plenty of places to eat very nearby.
It was noisy at night/early morning with the sounds of traffic.

The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were cheerful!!
Not really - we needed a nice place to stay and the hotel met our needs.
One gues said she didn't sleep well because of the traffic but given that she lives in the heart of the country where there is no traffic she felt to be on a road was strrange but otherwise we all enjoyed our stay and LOVED the breakfast.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf in York, redelijk centraal gelegen, prijs/kwaliteit in prima verhouding. Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer.
Jammer dat ze voor het gebruik van WiFi een toeslag op de kamerprijs vragen, niet echt van deze tijd.
