Close to ferry. very friendly, helpful staff.quiet.
Coffee (from the machine) awful. Air conditioner very loud.

I appreciated the cleanliness, the quietness and the price.
We were about to leave at 11:00AM when an employee knocked on the door. We told her we would be leaving in about 2 minutes and she replied that it was okay since the girl cleaning our room wasn't there yet. I wish they would have given us a little more time.
Also it would be really nice to have a little shower cap. I had forgotten to bring one.

The people at the front desk were friendly, helpful, courteous and thoughtful. The young woman gave me a map showing where we were and how to get to the NovaStar in the morning. My sister left her BlackBerry in the room and remembered where she left it two days later. Tracking it down was a miracle. The lovely people at the front desk were once again kind and honest and sent it to my sister who was beyond thrilled.....Hooray to your fine staff.
The only negative is the shocking smell of cigarettes as one enters the building.....
