The breakfast offered was nice. Would have liked a few more pastry choices but the waffle was enjoyed by my granddaughter!
The room was hot and stuffy. Very difficult to sleep in.

I love the access to the trail & each room has a view of the Yakima river. I also liked the plush-topped mattress.
The non-smoking room we were first assigned to was horribly smokey. The staff blamed the proximity of the smoking rooms, but I don't buy it. Someone chain smoked in there and should have been fined. After complaining, the staff assigned us to a much cleaner room that did not reek of smoke.

We had a very quiet room...like the view of the trees and river. Especially helpful at the front desk was Clemencia..very helpful and positive friendly attitude. We had a very nice stay at your hotel.

I liked having a view of the river from my balcony. Having a laundry room on site was convenient.
When I checked in, I stated that I wanted a room in as quiet a location as possible. I was given a room on the second floor which was fine until 3:30 the next morning when I was awakened by the sound of heavy footsteps from the room above me. This went on long enough that it was impossible to get back to sleep. In hindsight, the clerk that checked me in should have known a room on the top floor (which they confirmed was still available) would have been a far better choice for a quiet location. In my opinion, if a guest can't be assured of a restful night's sleep, all the other frills and amenities are of little consequence.

Good location, rooms were clean & comfortable & the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed being able to look out the river. Had a decent continental breakfast.
Would have liked to have a receipt when we checked out.
