Nice hotel, very delicious and hearty breakfast, good value for money
A number of details, light piece and not replaced in the room, in the corridors of the hotel is not always perfectly clean

Position of hotel great, not up to 5 star quality, compaired to other hotels I have stayed in. Bedrooms very clean and big beds. Nice view only if you pay extra for a sea view. Position excellent, nice walk to marina and good restaurants there.
Pools very cold, in winter it would be nice for one heated pool to be warm.
Very poor service in most areas. Bar service awful had to get my own drinks from the bar all the time or you would wait for ages to be served. Management not aware of what required from guests. They need more staff to accomodate guests for a 5 star. Restaurants OK but plates not cleared away after courses in buffett at night, had to move them myself. Only ate in buffett twice, food not that good, unless you get the chef to cook you fresh it is left heating up. Go to the marina for meals try Amura and Azure excellent.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area with awesome panoramic views, exactly what we were hoping for. With a nice one hour walk along the sea cost you are in busy touristic Puerto del Carmen / or a 5 min drive by car.
The breakfast was excellent.
Only two t.v. channels were in english. (News) While there are so many english speaking tourists.
