The Inn at Reading Hotel and Conference Center

The bed was super comfortable.

The room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet!

A room fridge would have been nice. Also, more pillows on the bed and everything would have been perfect!

Location for the WWII weekend show.

One day only 1/2 beds was made. Another day only one set of towels were left for 3 people in the room.

It was close to where I worked durning a snow storm or bad weather I like to be close to work.

Well It took over 45 min to check in then durning a snow store the hotel was not that full according to the cars parked at 4AM when I left, But I was put in the rear of the building, which if I didnt drive 4 wheel drive I would of had a problem getting out. Went to the rest to get some dinner, there were two of us, It took almost an hour to get something to eat, I am a Food service director and there was no reason a cup of soup, and two appls should take that long in a very empty rest. The manager came out and walk right by not even stopping to make sure everything was ok. My friend requested a soup when I told her how good it was, 30 min later she still didnt have her soup. At this point she said she didnt want it. The manager came out to take it off the check and again nevere stopped by the tabke to see what the problem was.

Helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of linens and bathroom

Rugs were old and musty

Everyone on the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

Felt the towels could have been a better quality. When the air conditioner is on it is so noisy you can't hear the TV.

Ample parking. Because our event was in one of the ballroms,on the premises, we could walk to our rooms afterwards.

The pool was clean. The staff was real nice which is sometimes surprising in PA Dutch country.

There was no HDMI equipped TV in the Executive room. I couldn't plug my computer output into the TV. The breakfast was quite good (nice and clean also) but the eggs were powdered.

Need to improve entrance carpet not at all a good look for the hotel. Ice machine was not working properly
