I especially appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the staff--especially since the airline had delayed my luggage and I was exhausted and frazzled when I arrived and my luggage didn't arrive for 24 hours. the person at the desk upgraded my room to a suite, which put me in a better mood; people tried to find a cell phone charger for me; everyone--from the people cleaning the rooms to the people at the desk--was efficient, informative and genuinely courteous and smiling.
The morning buffet wasn't great but I showed up late and may have been getting the leftovers.

Our stay at your hotel was great, thanks for the great service.
Need ramp to make it easier to pull "pull along" luggage up to hotel from the back entrance.

We could not get the AC to come on even thought we turned it all the way to cold. So, it was warmer than we like for sleeping. Hall was cool but not room.

Staff! Ottima colazione! Molto è piaciuto avere un ristorante in loco e un bar serale disponibile. Il business center era indispensabile per me.
Non è una questione di non amare, ma sala fitness era minimo ... sarebbe piaciuto avere anche un piccolo insieme di pesi o un insieme di pulegge per execises arti superiori. Lo consiglio sbarazzarsi di (o almeno ridurre) tassa di fax fastidioso di ca. 80 centesimi / pagina.
