I especially appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the staff--especially since the airline had delayed my luggage and I was exhausted and frazzled when I arrived and my luggage didn't arrive for 24 hours. the person at the desk upgraded my room to a suite, which put me in a better mood; people tried to find a cell phone charger for me; everyone--from the people cleaning the rooms to the people at the desk--was efficient, informative and genuinely courteous and smiling.
The morning buffet wasn't great but I showed up late and may have been getting the leftovers.

Our stay at your hotel was great, thanks for the great service.
Need ramp to make it easier to pull "pull along" luggage up to hotel from the back entrance.

We could not get the AC to come on even thought we turned it all the way to cold. So, it was warmer than we like for sleeping. Hall was cool but not room.

Staff! Great breakfast! Very much liked having an in-house restaurant and an evening bar available. The business center was indispensable for me.
Not a matter of not liking, but fitness room was minimal...would have enjoyed having even a small set of weights or a set of pulleys for upper extremity execises. Would recommend getting rid of (or at least reducing) annoying fax fee of approx. 80 cents/page.
