The hospitality of the staff, especially the over and beyond by Mr. Regan Starkie.
The to-order breakfast eggs and the congeniality of the cooks and the attention by the servers.
Twice out of the seven days we stayed, the room was not made up in the way it should have been, but the bathroom was and the kitchenette.
Though we got a great breakfast "for free", the parking charge seemed quite high.
We were farther away from our favorite restaurants than we would have preferred, but your hotel could not help that.

I liked the ability to have supper there after a long day at a workshop. The staff in the restaurant area was very friendly. I also like the fact that there was a Starbuck's at the hotel. The suite was spacious and very nice.
The only think I did not like was a situation involving the staff's handling of a very loud, inconsiderate group of teenagers staying very close to my room. They were yelling back and forth, door left open, boom box going at top volume. After about an hour of trying to ignore this pandemonium, I called the front desk at 8 PM. Their response was that quiet hour was at 10PM! So, for two more hours, I endured this loud group. Eleven o'clock came, the noise went on. I finally called back down to the front desk at 11:30. They agreed to finally send a security guard up. Finally, at almost midnight, things quieted down.

Parking fees are unreasonable....go out for dinner and end up paying 2 daily rates.....

The staff at this Embassy Suites was exceptionally welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was hot and delicious. Self parking was conveniently located.
We had a second floor room on the street side and it was a little noisy - car and truck sounds plus people talking loudly on the street during the night/early morning.

The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The food taste great and was very well presented.
I would like to have had a better sign outside the hotel indicating the building was the Embassy Suites and parking entrance.
