Friendly, helpful staff. It was great to have access to many different food venues. Very convenient when family member is in the hospital. I had a safe feeling being able to access the hospital and relax in my room without ever having to leave the building! Enjoyed my stay!

The location. In good proximity to the Misericordia where my husband had emergency eye surgery and had to remain overnight. I, being his driver needed a place to overnight and this was perfect! Plus complimentary water was supplied - wonderful!
Did not like the fact that I had to pay extra for parking. It should be waived. Don't have to pay this at any other hotel I've stayed at in Winnipeg.

The staff did the best they could and though I lost my cool in my confirmation frustration the staff did their utmost to maintain their composure. My apologies.
The only trouble I can think of is that I made a last minute booking for an extra night Thursday July 9 on HotelOne.com and though there was no booking in the room I requested it took close to an hour for mee to get in the room because it took that long for confirmation from the one site to send to Canadinns the confirmation
