Best Western Plus Winnipeg Airport Hotel

Staff were friendly, and greeted my family as soon as we walked through the doors.

Yes, I was charged for a room I did not sleep in, although I reserved it, and called in to make changes for my check in time. My son was puking sick and we had no choice but to stay in a room(Jay's Inn) before Winnipeg.

Everything! We stayed three nights for my son wedding and the entire weekend was amazing. From the front lobby staff restaurant n bar staff n housekeeping n the shuttle driver everyone was so polite friendly n accommodating. The food was great n the rooms were really nice n clean. Than the venue setup for the wedding was absolutely breathtaking. All staff involved with the wedding were also amazing which made the wedding one of the best I have ever attended. All our friends n family attending the wedding made the same comments. I want to thank all the staff for making my son wedding day such a special magical day. There r no words to express my appreciation to all except best wedding n hotel ever ❤️

Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Wants: Better overhead lighting arrangement for reading. Perhaps a pole lamp by the lounge chairs. Also could have used a bottle opener/cork screw for the kitchenette.

It was all great. I haven't booked online from my phone before so I was delighted when I got there and it was done.

Yes I did not get to give my membership number so feel a bit ripped off by that though.

Close to airport, shuttle service to & from airport, dining room & lounge availability. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Very courteous shuttle driver.

No hair dryer in bathroom - had to call front desk.

It was enjoyable, our room was great. We were doing business in the Ellice area, so location fit our needs. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. We had 3 different options to choose from. Pricing was reasonable.

Location was great.

Had breakfast at the hotel which we thought was quite pricey.

Surprised how quiet it was and I was on the 6th floor.
