-Your staff was fun and extremely helpful. I tend to stay at the Quality Suites Downtown every time I am in Windsor and need to stay over night. Rates and location are spot on. Thank you for dong what you do.
-The restaurant attached to the hotel. I would be hard pressed to ever go there again, and because most of the restaurants around the hotel become more of a Bar scenario around 9, it makes it difficult to find a quiet place for a late dinner.
This however does not reflect on the Hotel itself I maintain my loyalty to it.

Close to casino, great price, pleasantly surprised with the room, just what we needed!
Unfortunately they were in a renovation, but did not both us really, it will be better the next stay!

The rooms are spacious with ample closet space.
The decor is quite shabby with depressing colors. I hope this is being addressed by the renovation taking place.

Room was freezing cold even when heat was turned up to 80 degrees. Had to wear socks to sleep. Wings from restaurant downstairs were floating in sauce... terrible.

Good location. Large size suites. Helpful and friendly staff.
Very small fridge that was leaking water. Other guests running up and down hall making a lot of noise.
