The hotel should have spent more time and money to have he elevators fixed before one of their busiest days of the year - very hot and humid standing in the hallways waiting for the elevator

Staff was very nice. We had a problem locking our door from the outside. Talked to front desk. They came up to fix it immediately. Hotel has good location. Rooms comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the room style had a clean look to it. Our first room has no air conditioning and they were kind enough to give us a new room right away.
There was no free breakfast buffet.

I had a huge problem with the king size bed in our room, 527. It definitely needs to be replaced with a new one as my husband and I rolled to the center of the bed all night long. I was not at all happy about this. When you pay that much for a room, you expect the bed to be totally comfortable and it was NOT.

I booked two hotel rooms for my daughters and their boyfriends from Toronto so that they could visit with us over the holidays. The hotel was very close and accessible for us. They also enjoyed being downtown - near the Starbucks and within walking distance of the river and landmarks.
I wanted to prepay for the hotel. When my one daughter arrived she was required to give a credit card and was not really prepared for this so had to give a deposit on a debit. I was with her at checkin and offered to leave my card again but they would not accept it as I was not staying at the hotel personally. I do understand all of the ramifications around this policy, but it unfortunately was really awkward for my daughter and made her feel a bit uncomfortable.

Did not have the room stocked with enough towels for four people. Did not have shampoo or all emenities stocked either.

The Staff.
The heater to noisy and from the windows, we ear everyting outside :(

Frindly staff and location
Registratioon - no place to park, confusing entrance to guest parking
Door to the room hard to close (not only my room) making a lot of noise at all times of the day and night
Compared to other hotels of similar or better quality (I recently stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Ontario), price is much higher
