Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and well furnished.

While I was wheeling my wife in, a worker there named Henry saw me pushing her wheel chair and went ahead and held the doors open for us. Then he escorted us up to our room and opened the room for us. I was very impressed. Food was very good in the restaurant ans in the conference room we were using. Wait staff was excellent!

Bathroom was a little run down in my room, sink was loose on the wall and the shower stall was stained.

Staff when I left my key in the room. Kept typing something when she knew I needed help. Didn't acknowledge me until she stopped typing. Internet in rooms costs too much. Should be much cheaper or free. Unable to use wireless in the lobby because it kept asking for my payment information before it would let me in. I didn't bother and left.

Non siamo noi a lamentarsi normalmente, ma siamo stati un po 'deluso nel nostro soggiorno, non si potrebbe stare per andare in sauna perché era così eccessivamente clorata non si poteva tenere gli occhi aperti. Vorrei dare un suggerimento anche per il wifi che abbiamo pagato circa 125,00 una notte in albergo, che non aveva prima colazione continentale, per cui saremmo andati a uno Starbucks ciambelle Duncan o un caffè e la colazione e godetevi il nostro servizio internet gratuito. Se al vostro albergo ci hanno detto che abbiamo dovuto pagare uno 9,95 al giorno! Siamo rimasti molto delusi nel nostro soggiorno.
