While I was wheeling my wife in, a worker there named Henry saw me pushing her wheel chair and went ahead and held the doors open for us. Then he escorted us up to our room and opened the room for us. I was very impressed.
Food was very good in the restaurant ans in the conference room we were using. Wait staff was excellent!
Bathroom was a little run down in my room, sink was loose on the wall and the shower stall was stained.

View, clean room, the initial staff when I checked in.
Staff when I left my key in the room. Kept typing something when she knew I needed help. Didn't acknowledge me until she stopped typing.
Internet in rooms costs too much. Should be much cheaper or free. Unable to use wireless in the lobby because it kept asking for my payment information before it would let me in. I didn't bother and left.

We are not ones to normally complain, but we were somewhat disappointed in our stay, you could hardly stand to go in the sauna because it was so overly chlorinated you couldn't keep your eyes open. I would like to make a suggestion also for your wifi we payed around 125.00 a night at your hotel, which had no continental breakfast, so we would go to either Duncan donuts or Starbucks have a coffee and breakfast and enjoy our free internet service. Where at your hotel we were told that we had to pay an 9.95 a day!!!
We were very disappointed in our stay.
